Abstract
In diffuse large B-cell lymphomas (DLBCL), increased serum FLC correlated with advanced disease stage and poorer outcome . We studied the free light chain abnormalities in patients with newly diagnosed diffuse large B cell lymphoma planned for curative treatment. Blood samples send for FLC analysis before staring treatment and we correlated serum free light chain abnormalities (FLC) with various disease prognostic factors of DLBCL.
