Abstract
This study investigated the worker retraining model with a validity period of private enterprises. The threshold that determines worker retraining and the sufficient conditions that determine the global stability of both the non-negative equilibrium point and unique positive equilibrium point are given. Finally, numerical simulation is presented using Matlab.
